Can't Track My Order

I would like to be able to go on your web site and track my order. When I presently log in to search my order #, it states there is no order in my acount etc. Please assist.

When you place your order through our website and choose the option to place an order as a "Guest" rather than create your own profile with Amazing Discoveries, you will not be able to track your order. In order to track your order, we suggest you create a profile/account on our website so you will be able to track all of your orders.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED!

Please help. this order was not received, please can I track it?
If not, please email me if it is going to be sent out again, what date and tracking number. Thanking you in advance for your assistance.

I can not track my order I have called 3 times. 1st the computers down then if just stays on the recordings. Can some one help me.
