I’m seeing an error message. I cannot proceed, what can I do?

It takes a bit of time to resolve technical problems, so please be patient with us. Our technical department works on web issues the same day as they appear and is extremely responsive. We are doing our best to resolve any issues that occur on our side to interrupt viewing.

Please check back on the page you are trying to access in an hour. If the error message persists, give us a call at 1-866-572-9457 and cite the error message to us so we can pinpoint the issue.

Unfortunately, however, if the problem lies on the customer side, we are not able to provide technical support for computer troubles online or over the phone for individual customers as our technical department is not adequately staffed to provide that kind of support. Please try to contact a computer specialist to help you.
