How do I log into my account? Do I have to be logged in to make a purchase?

Yes, you need to have an account with us in order to make a purchase. There are many benefits of having an account with us, including:

  • Viewing account history so you can see past orders and invoices

  • Adding to and modifying wish lists that you can save for later

  • Viewing and downloading your MP4 purchases (your MP4 purchases are all linked to your account)

  • Viewing and editing your account information such as address book entries

To log into your account or to register for a new account, visit our webstore and click on My Account in the upper right of the page. You will have an option to log in with existing credentials, or you can register for a new account by following the prompts.
