Technical Difficulties

Q: I cannot view your website/videos due to technical difficulties?

A: It takes a bit of time to resolve technical problems, so please be patient with us. Our technical department works on web issues the same day as they appear and is extremely responsive. We are doing our best to resolve any issues that occur on our side to interrupt viewing.

Unfortunately, however, if the problem lies on the customer side, we are not able to provide technical support for computer troubles online or over the phone for individual customers as our technical department is not adequately staffed to provide that kind of support. Please try to contact a computer specialist to help you.
