What is Amazing Discoveries' return policy?
Refunds will gladly be honoured on unused/unopened items when accompanied/returned with an authorization (RA) # within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, items returned without the RA # will not be accepted. There are no refunds on Bibles. When returning products, please note that shipping and handling costs are not refunded and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned goods except those that are incorrect or in damaged condition. Call our Sales Department at 1-866-572-9457 to make a return or to ask for additional clarification. Please see our Return Protocol below. For Amazing Discoveries Products If you have received an incorrect or a defective product produced by Amazing Discoveries, we may require you to return the product and will issue you a replacement if it is in re-saleable condition, meaning shrink-wrap has not been removed and there are no fingerprints on the DVD. We reserve the right to refuse to credit the customer if we deem that the product is not re-saleable. For Third Party Products If the product is not produced by AD but a third party and it is defective or incorrect, we do ask that you return it to the appropriate address below. We will issue you a replacement if it is in re-saleable condition. RETURN PROTOCOL: How to Return a Product **IF YOU DON’T USE THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND FOR YOUR RETURN AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE YOUR ITEMS RE-SHIPPED TO YOU. If you need to return an unopened, unused or incorrect product, please call Amazing Discoveries to receive an RA # at 1-866-572-9457 (toll free) or 604-856-9457. This RA # needs to be written on the outside of the box you are sending back in clear bold writing. When sending your box to us, please be sure to address it to the appropriate address: AMAZING DISCOVERIES RETURNS AMAZING DISCOVERIES RETURNS The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We highly recommend purchasing a delivery confirmation for your package, and that you take note of the tracking number assigned to your return package by the post office or UPS. Amazing Discoveries is not responsible for lost packages or packages damaged in transit. We also recommend purchasing insurance for your package, as Amazing Discoveries will not refund goods that arrive damaged and not in saleable condition. Refund (less shipping cost and 15% restocking) will be issued after product is received and inspected. | |
