Allergies / Hayfever

I suffer from sever pollen related hayfever allergies. I am a vegan and have a fairly clean diet. Please give me some direction on what I can do.
Allergies are a difficult condition to deal with as there are so many variables and causes today. Our poor bodies are inundated with chemicals on all sides, and as well, they are bombarded with EMFs (electro magnetic frequencies) that alter our body's electrical systems and render normal substances intolerable to us—thus creating allergic reactions to things we wouldn't normally be affected by. Your first consideration would be to improve liver function. There are several herbs and supplements available in health food stores. Foodsfruits and veggies—rich in color are also good. Red clover and dandelion are good for purifying the blood and helping cleanse the liverany of spring's bitter herbs such as stinging nettle, milk thistle, even rhubarb, are great stimulants for the liver. You also want to be sure you're breaking down your food well. Make sure you chew VERY well. You may want to consider an enzyme supplement that will further enhance digestion. Other considerations would be to make sure you're getting enough fiber and are eliminating well, drinking a good amount of water, and eliminate sugar from your diet. While these are not directly addressing the seasonal allergies, they should help your body cope better overall and reduce the severity of the histamine response.

I know EXACTLY what you mean. I had no allergies at all as a kid, but in the last 4-5 years or so, I've setratd to develop a pretty bad hayfever. Probably got it from my astmatic and allergic-to-everything father. This friday I got extremely bad, sneezing about every fifth second and feeling totally blown up in my head. I got some pills from my father though, Clarityn, and they're really effective. You don't feel a thing (well, not a thing related to allergies) for 24 hours after taking one. Recommended treatment :)
