Nature's Penicillin

For how many days should you take the nature's penicillin? and how long will it last in the refrigerator?

There is no hard and fast rule for how many days. Because of its wonderful nutrition and antibacterial/antiviral potential, three to four days to a week of that potent mix should be sufficient, depending, of course, on the severity of your symptoms. If you get worse when you feel you should be getting better, you may have to consider going to a doctor to find out if your symptoms are not developing into pneumonia or other serious problems.

Once the fruit and onions/garlic/ginger are juiced, they lose their nutrients far faster than they do in "whole" condition after they're harvested. That's because more of it is exposed to oxygen; oxidation occurs more rapidly. We would say make only enough "nature's penicillin" for two days. After that, make a new batch, if needed.
